M S B K Oza Associates is located in Room No 5 of the Adarshnagar Chawl. We are right on Marol Military Road, right across from where the Borosil Glass Works is in Andheri East. Mumbai 400059 is our home base. It’s a humble setup, to be honest. We work out of a small space in the chawl because it’s where we feel comfortable and it keeps our costs low for the people who use our services. We’ve been here for a good while now. Our work is mostly focused on helping people with their daily business problems, whether it's legal advice or help with some registration. It’s often noisy outside with the traffic from Military Road, but we’ve learned to block it out over the years. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We like it that way. It’s more personal. A lot of our clients are our neighbors or people who have been coming to us for years. We handle the paperwork that most people find confusing. It’s just honest work. Some days are slow and we sit and talk about the neighborhood, other days we are working late under the tube light to finish a project. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls, just a small team in a local building trying to do right by the people who trust us. That's about it.
