You will find us at D-6 in the Anjali Building, which is part of Shivram Society on Devi Dayal Road. Being in Mulund West, we are in a spot that’s easy enough for most people to reach, though the traffic near the society can be a bit much in the evenings. M M Tube Company is basically just a small team of us handling industrial tubes and piping. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some samples of different diameters and materials leaning against the walls so people can see what they are buying. Most of our day is spent talking to regular customers and checking the stock in the back. My cousin helps out with the books, and we have a couple of guys who handle the loading when the trucks arrive. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. We just try to keep enough stock so that when someone drives over, we actually have what they need. Sometimes the neighbors in the society complain about the noise when we are moving metal around, so we try to get the heavy work done before it gets too late. It’s a practical business. We don't have any big speeches about our values; we just sell tubes and try to get the orders right. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps us going. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for a long time.
