M L S Vani Associates is based at Tirupati Estate, which sits right on Veer Nariman Road along National Highway 410. Being located so close to the highway means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but our office stays pretty quiet so we can concentrate. Tirupati Estate is a well-known landmark in this part of the country, so we don't usually have to give people very complicated directions to find us. We have been operating out of this location for a good number of years. The office is a very practical space where we handle all our daily business tasks. It is not decorated with any expensive furniture or modern art. We just have our standard desks, chairs, and the paperwork we need for the day. M L S Vani Associates is not some huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of regular people working together in this office. Sometimes the noise from the trucks on NH 410 can be a bit loud, but you stop noticing it after you have been here for a while. We like the convenience of being on Veer Nariman Road. It makes it easy for us to get around and for people to drop off what we need. We don't use any fancy marketing talk to describe ourselves. We are just here at the estate doing our work as it comes in.
