M J Cool Cab

M J Cool Cab is based out of Building No C6 in Govandi. We’re up in Room No 503 in the Sathya Narayana Layout, which is quite close to the Govandi Railway Station. Being near the station means we’re always hearing the trains go by, which keeps us on our toes. We started this because there’s always a need for a decent ride around Kurubarahalli and beyond. It’s not a huge office with a reception desk; it’s more of a practical space where we manage the fleet and talk to our drivers. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who know they can just give us a call or drop by if they’re nearby. The stairs up to the fifth floor keep us fit, though we usually prefer the lift when it’s working. Dealing with cabs means every day is a bit different. One day it’s a flat tire, the next it’s a busy holiday rush. We just take it as it comes. We aren't fancy and we don't use big words to describe what we do. We provide cars for people who need to get around. Our drivers are local guys who know these streets like the back of their hands. It’s a busy life here in Govandi, especially during peak hours, but we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of it all. We just keep the records straight and the cars moving.
