Our workshop is right on M.G. Road in Kandivali West. We are pretty easy to find because we are right near the Maharastra Nagar bus stop, almost directly opposite the RNA Tower. You can usually hear the sound of metal before you see us. Jay Ambe Steel Mgf Co has been operating from this spot for a good while. It's a dusty, busy environment with stacks of steel and tools lying around. We spend our days cutting, welding, and moving heavy materials. It gets quite hot, especially in the summer months, but that is just part of the job. People waiting for the bus often peek in to see what we are making. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes covered in some grime. We just focus on getting the steel work done right for whatever project is on hand. The location is convenient because the trucks can pull up near the bus stop area to load things, though traffic can be a headache on M.G. Road. It’s a hardworking place, and we like being part of the Kandivali neighborhood. It’s not glamorous, but it is where the real work happens every single day. We keep the machines running and the orders moving. It’s a lot of physical labor but it’s what we know how to do best here in this small shop.
