Luv Collection

Luv Collection is based out of Leela Niwas, which is part of the Nagpur Chawl area in Matunga. It’s a local spot that’s easy to find if you know the neighborhood well. We’ve been running things from here for a good while. The chawl has a lot of history, and everyone around knows each other. Our shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot of stuff into the space we have. Most mornings start with us opening up the shutters and dusting off the displays. Matunga is a nice place to be, even if it gets crowded during the festival seasons. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is how we like it. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but not too bad if the weather is okay. We don't spend money on big posters or anything like that. People just tell their friends about us or see us when they’re walking through the chawl. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it’s quiet. The building, Leela Niwas, is older but it’s sturdy and keeps us dry when the monsoons hit. We focus on keeping the stock fresh and talking to anyone who walks in. It’s just a regular neighborhood business doing what we can every day. No big fancy machines, just us and our items on the shelves. The walls of Leela Niwas are painted a simple color, and we have our stock neatly piled up along the sides. We like being part of the local scene here in Nagpur Chawl.
