Widescope Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located in Phoenix Towers, over on Senapati Bapat Marg in Lower Parel West. We are up on the 13th floor, in unit 1302-A. Lower Parel has changed a lot, it used to be all mills and now it’s all towers and malls. We’ve been here through much of that change. Our work is mainly about import and export logistics. It’s a lot of tracking shipments across oceans and making sure the paperwork is exactly right. If one thing is wrong, everything gets stuck, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. We are just a small team of people. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure our clients aren't waiting on us. The office is simple, just some desks and computers and a lot of coffee. Being in Phoenix Towers is convenient because it's a well-known spot, though finding parking can be a real pain sometimes. We don't do any big advertising. Most people who work with us have been doing so for years. It’s a lot of trust and just doing what you said you’d do. We aren't flashy or polished. We just know the trade business and we stick to what we know works for us. It keeps us busy and the lights on. That’s enough for us. We're just regular people doing a regular job in a busy part of Mumbai.
