Our shop is over on Takka Road in Panvel, specifically Shop No. 11 and 12 in the Shreeji Darshan building. It’s right at Plot No. 425. If you know the area, it’s a fairly busy spot with a lot of traffic passing by throughout the day. We’ve got two shops knocked into one to give us more room for all the towers and laptops people drop off for repair. It’s often a bit cluttered with spare parts and power strips because there is always something being tested. We started here because the location seemed right for a technical service point. The walk from the main road isn't far. Usually, the morning starts with checking emails and then diving into whatever hardware arrived the evening before. We deal with blue screens, broken hinges, and people who accidentally spilled coffee on their keyboards. It happens more often than you’d think. The lights in the shop are bright so we can see the tiny screws on the motherboards. Sometimes we lose one and have to spend ten minutes searching the floor with a magnet. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms; we just wear what’s comfortable for working on machines all day. It’s a straightforward setup where the focus is on the bench and the tools we use. We keep the kettle going for most of the afternoon and try to get everything boxed up by the time we close the shutters for the night.
