Loha Ispaat Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in the Naman Centre at the Bandra Kurla Complex, specifically on the 9th floor of the C-31 wing. Loha Ispaat Ltd. deals with steel, which is a heavy and tough business to be in, though our office looks a bit more modern than the factories we deal with. BKC is a fast-paced area, and sometimes it feels like everyone is in a rush to get somewhere. We try to keep things a bit more grounded here. We deal with a lot of numbers and schedules. Steel prices go up and down, and we have to keep track of all that for our projects. It isn't always exciting work. A lot of the day is spent on the computer or on calls with various suppliers. We have a mix of people here, some who have been in the steel industry for decades and some younger folks who are still learning the ropes. The view from the 9th floor is okay, but we do not spend much time looking out the window. There is usually too much to do. We do not have those fancy lounge areas you see in tech companies. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of files. It is a workplace meant for working. We just want to make sure the steel gets to the sites on time and the quality is what it should be. That is about it for us.
