Out here at 35/36-C in the Lkarcade, Marol Naka, things are always moving. We’re right on Sir Mv Road in Andheri East, which basically means we deal with a lot of noise and a lot of people. The machines we handle are heavy, so there’s always a lot of clanking and banging going on in the back. It’s not a quiet office by any means. We’ve got the arcade space filled up with parts and crates. Sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room, but we always find a corner to tuck something away. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the thick of the industrial side of things. You can hear the metro overhead and the constant stream of trucks outside. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces. We don’t have any big meetings about culture or anything like that. We just show up, see what machines need fixing or shipping, and get to it. The coffee in the breakroom is usually pretty bad, but it keeps us going throughout the day. We deal with the heat in the summer and the leaks when the monsoons hit. It’s just part of being in this building. It’s a tough spot but it’s our spot, and we know how to make it work for Ll Equipment & Machines Pvt Ltd. We don't need things to be perfect.
