We’ve been here in Vile Parle West for a while now. Most people know us on 12th Cross 8th Main as the place to grab whatever you need for the weekend. It gets pretty busy on Friday evenings, especially when everyone is heading home from work. The shelves are usually packed with different bottles, and we try to keep things organized, though it’s hard when deliveries come in all at once. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but it keeps the place cool enough. We spend a lot of time just unpacking crates and checking labels. It's mostly just us and the regulars who stop by to see what's new or just to say hello. My cousin helps out behind the counter on most days. The street outside can get a bit noisy with all the traffic, but inside it’s just the sound of glass clinking and the radio playing quietly in the corner. We don't really do anything fancy here. It is just a shop where people come to get their drinks and go about their day. There’s a stack of old boxes in the back that we need to clear out one of these days. People ask for suggestions sometimes, and we just tell them what we’ve seen others buying lately. It is a straightforward job. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer to walk through the door. It's a living.
