Little King

We are located at Shop No 4/10 in Narmada Bhavan, right across from the Dutt Mandir Compound in Malad East. It’s a familiar spot for most people around here because the temple is such a big landmark. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. Most mornings start with unlocking the gate and setting out a few things to show we are open for the day. Malad East can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find Narmada Bhavan, we are easy enough to spot. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with new buildings going up and old ones getting painted, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. The name Little King has been on the sign for a long time now. It’s mostly just us working here, keeping the shelves organized and waiting for the afternoon rush when people are heading home from work. Sometimes it gets quiet, and we just sit and watch the traffic go by outside or chat with the tea seller who does his rounds. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly. There's always dust from the road that needs cleaning, and the lights inside could probably be brighter, but it works for us and the people who stop by. We just take it day by day.
