Lions Gate India Llp

If you've ever been to Colaba, you know it's a mix of old buildings and constant energy. Lions Gate India Llp is based right on Nathalal Parikh Marg. We’re up on the second floor of Arsiwala Mansion, which is Plot 59/61. The building has that classic Mumbai feel, with high ceilings and walls that have probably seen a lot of history. Working in South Mumbai is interesting because you're always surrounded by the hustle. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We do our work, drink far too much coffee, and try to keep up with the pace of the city. There’s a lot of noise from the street below, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’re not a flashy firm. You won't find any modern art or expensive sofas here. It’s mostly just desks and people trying to stay productive. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. Being in the 400005 area means we’re close to the water, which is nice for a walk after work. We don't spend a lot of time thinking about branding or how we look to the outside world. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home before the rains get too bad. It’s a simple life in a big, complicated city. We just do our part and hope the traffic isn't too terrible on the way out.
