Being in a chawl in Kurla means we are right in the thick of things. It is a very busy and crowded area, but that is where the real life of the city is found. We have been operating from here for a long time. Suresh Chandra Behera is the person who keeps everything together for us. We do consultancy work, which means we talk to a lot of people about their problems and try to find ways to help them out. It is not a fancy office with air conditioning and glass walls. It is a real, humble space in a neighborhood where everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the street sounds, but we just keep working through it. We do not have a big marketing budget. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just coming to Navpada. We value the fact that we are reachable and right here on the ground. It is an honest business. We take our notes, make our calls, and try to give the best advice we can. It is just how we have always done things at Linkmark. We are not looking to move to a big corporate tower any time soon.
