Light Metal Works

The workshop here at Gala No 456 is usually pretty loud from the first thing in the morning. Being on the ground floor helps because we deal with some heavy stuff at Light Metal Works. You can find us right near the Kurla Bus Depot in Kurla West. It gets crowded around here with all the buses coming in and out, but we are used to the noise. Most days we are just busy cutting and shaping metal pieces for whoever needs them. The floor is usually covered in scrap and bits of filings that we have to sweep up every few hours so nobody trips. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and people around here know us by the sound of the machines. It isn’t a fancy place by any means. It’s a bit dusty and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we do. When the sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon it gets a bit warm inside. We keep the doors open mostly to get a breeze through from the street. If you are looking for the place, just head toward the depot and look for the gala numbers on the ground level. We spend most of our time just focusing on the job at hand and making sure things get done right before the day ends. It’s a simple setup we have going on here.
