If you are looking for us, we are situated in the Garden View CHS building, specifically in the A Wing, room 101. This is on Kulupwadi Road in Borivli East. Being so close to the National Park is actually nice because you get a bit of a breeze sometimes, though the traffic near the park entrance can be a headache during the weekends. Our work here involves the Lic Mutual Fund side of things. It is not a huge operation, just a steady one where we manage the daily entries and talk to folks who live in the nearby societies. The walk from Borivli station is about ten or fifteen minutes if you move fast, though most people take an auto. Inside the office, things are pretty straightforward. We have desks piled with folders and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, find a chair, and wait their turn. It is a local place for local people. Most of the staff here live in the suburbs too, so we know how it is with the local trains and the rain. We just handle the fund details and make sure the paperwork is tucked away where it belongs. It’s a practical space where work gets done without much fuss or loud talking. We prefer it that way because it keeps things honest and clear for everyone who walks through the door.
