Lic Housing Finance Ltd

This branch of Lic Housing Finance Ltd is situated at Plot No 60 in the Ashiana Building. We are in Sector-21 of Kharghar, which is out in Navi Mumbai. It’s a developing area and there is construction happening almost everywhere you look. Our office is pretty standard for a finance place. We spend our days looking over housing applications and talking to people about their homes. The Ashiana Building is easy to spot once you get into Sector-21. Navi Mumbai has a bit more breathing room than the main city, which we appreciate. We don't really do much besides the regular paperwork and meetings. It is a quiet office for the most part, unless it is the end of the month when things get a bit more hectic. We have a small desk for everyone and a couple of chairs for visitors. We don't have any big posters or fancy decorations on the walls. It is just a place where work happens. Most people who come in are from around the Kharghar area. We’ve been at this plot for a while and have seen the sector grow from almost nothing. It is a practical spot for us to be. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes by needing help with their housing stuff.
