If you've ever walked down Lamington Road, you know how crowded it gets with all the electronics shops and people everywhere. We are tucked into the ground floor of Saraswati Bhawan on Shamrao Vittal Marg. It’s unit number one, so we’re pretty easy to spot once you turn off the main road. Being in this area means there is always noise and energy around. We deal with LEDs and similar items, which makes sense given where we are located. The shop isn't massive, but we pack a lot into it. There are boxes everywhere and we usually have a few samples out on the counter. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We don't really do the whole polished showroom thing. It’s more of a place where you come to find what you need and have a quick chat about how it works. Our staff knows their stuff because they’ve been handling these components for a long time. It can get dusty with all the foot traffic, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We open early and stay until the evening rush starts to die down. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend most of our time checking orders or helping someone who walked in with a specific part they need to replace. It’s just us doing our thing in one of the busiest parts of the city. We keep a stash of biscuits for when things get too busy for lunch.
