Lear Corporation

Our setup is a bit unique because we are located care of Dr. Jagdish G. Chaudhari at Kasturba Clinic, RL-174, Ayodhya Ng. It’s not your usual office building for a company like Lear Corporation. Being inside or associated with a clinic address means it’s a lot quieter than a factory or a downtown office. We share the space and keep things very low-key. Most of our work involves the administrative side of the automotive industry. We sit at our desks with our laptops and a lot of paperwork spread out. It’s a small, practical arrangement that works for what we need right now. We don't have any big advertisements or flashy signs outside. Most people in Ayodhya Ng probably don't even realize we’re here doing automotive business. We like it that way. It keeps things simple and focused. The atmosphere is calm, which is nice when you have a lot of numbers to check. Sometimes we chat with the clinic staff during breaks. We don't have a big team here, just a couple of us making sure everything is running like it should. We aren't trying to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just people working from a specific spot, trying to be efficient and honest about our daily tasks. It’s a bit of an unconventional workplace, but we’ve made it our own and it gets the job done without any fuss or trouble. We just take it one day at a time.
