Our office is tucked away on the sixth floor of the Corporate Centre at Nirmal Lifestyles. It is a big place, and sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find the right elevator, but once you reach 607, you’ll find us working away. We’ve been doing exim services for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with customs papers, tracking containers, and chatting with suppliers. Since we are based in such a well-known spot, it makes it easier for clients to drop in, though the parking can be a bit of a scramble on busy days. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated group of people who know how to handle the shipping world. The atmosphere in the office is usually quite quiet, interrupted only by the sound of phones ringing or someone printing out bills of lading. We try to keep things simple and avoid making everything sound more complicated than it needs to be. Working in a commercial hub like this means we have everything we need close by, which helps when we have long days. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, making sure nothing gets stuck at the border. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name on the directory. We just put our heads down and get the job done every single day. It keeps us moving forward.
