LATENT ADVISORS LLP

We’re based in Building Number 2 of the Sanjay Mittal Estate, specifically in room 103. This is on M V Road in Andheri, which is a really busy part of the city. The estate is full of different businesses, so there’s a lot of movement all day—delivery vans coming in, people rushing to meetings, and the general hum of an industrial area. Our office is on the first floor. The hallways are a bit dim, and you can often smell the food from the small canteens downstairs around midday. Inside our space, it’s all about function. We have rows of desks and some old metal cupboards for all our files. The wiring for the computers is a bit messy under the tables, but it all works fine. We don't have a fancy lounge or a receptionist; if someone comes to the door, whoever is closest just gets up to see who it is. The windows look out onto the rest of the estate, so the view is mostly other concrete buildings and parked cars. It gets pretty noisy with the traffic from M V Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. Most of us take the metro or a rickshaw to get here. It’s a practical location that puts us right in the middle of everything, even if it’s not the most glamorous spot. It’s just where we happen to be every day.
