Lancys Java Joy

You can find Lancys Java Joy at Shop No 14, Building C/3, inside the ONGC colony in Bandra West. It is a quiet little corner compared to the rest of Bandra, which is usually quite loud and fast. We have been here in the ONGC area for a while, and most of the people who come in are the ones who live right here in the buildings. The shop is small and cozy, with a counter that we built ourselves and some shelves for the coffee beans. We spend most of our mornings getting the machine warmed up and smelling the roasted beans, which is probably the best part of the day. It’s not a big corporate chain; it’s just us running the place and talking to the neighbors. The floor is a bit uneven in one corner, and the paint on the walls could probably use a touch-up, but it feels like home to us. We have a few small tables outside where people sit when the weather isn't too hot. Bandra West has a lot of fancy cafes, but we are just a simple spot for a quick drink and a chat. We don't have any complicated menus or weird names for things. We just serve what we have and try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. Most days are steady, and we like the rhythm of seeing the same people every morning. It is a nice way to spend the day, right here in Building C/3.
