We are based out of F-44 in the MIDC area of Ambad. If you know Nashik at all, you know that Ambad is where all the heavy lifting happens. Our building is a standard industrial unit. It’s not pretty to look at, but it works for what we do. We work on reinforcements here, so there is usually a lot of metal and heavy equipment around. The floor is concrete and it stays cool in the mornings but gets pretty hot by the afternoon. We don't have a fancy office separated from the work area. Our desks are tucked into a corner where we can hear the machines running. It’s a loud environment and we usually have to raise our voices to be heard over the noise. We’ve been at F-44 for quite some time now. We know the other guys on the block and we all just kind of do our own thing. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just focus on getting the reinforcements made correctly. There’s a lot of dust and grease, and that’s just how it is. Our days are long and mostly involve checking measurements and making sure the material is up to the right standard. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and our customers are satisfied. It is honest industrial work.
