Our workspace sits in room 201 of the Charkop Shivam CHS on M.G. Road in Sector-2, Kandivali West. It’s a housing society building, so it has a very community-oriented feel to it. We are up on the second floor. When you walk in, it looks like a typical small business office in Mumbai. We have some shelves filled with folders and a few computers that we use for all our management work. Kandivali is a busy suburb, and M.G. Road always has something going on. We like being in a CHS because it feels more grounded and less like a cold business park. Our team consists of a few dedicated people who handle different parts of the recruitment and management process. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. We have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered in notebooks. We spend our time talking to clients and candidates, trying to make sure the right people end up in the right jobs. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about the cricket scores or the local news. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just work through our lists and try to be helpful to the people who come to us. It’s a simple life here in 400067, and we are happy with that.
