L C Pereira Housing Company Pvt Ltd is based in Bandra West. You can find our office in the Desire Building, number 22, on St Paul’s Road. We are part of the Kamdhenu Estate, which is very close to the Bandra Gymkhana. It’s a nice part of town, a bit quieter than the main shopping streets, but still very much in the heart of Bandra. We deal with housing and property matters. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where we keep all our records and meet people who are looking for a place or need help with their building. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We usually have the windows open to catch a bit of a breeze. Being near the Gymkhana is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have a huge staff or a fancy reception area. It’s just a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We’ve been around the Bandra area for a long time, so we know the local streets and buildings quite well. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their homes or checking on property details. We don't do a lot of loud marketing. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the building. The rent here is reasonable and the neighbors are all quite friendly. It's a decent place to spend our working hours.
