L B Associate

L B Associate is based at Plot No-66-B, Jal Darshan, in Flat No.2 on J.K Mehta Road in Santacruz West. Since we are in an apartment building, it’s a lot more personal than a big office block. We use the space to handle our client work and keep our files in order. It’s a busy part of Santacruz, so you can always hear the traffic and people outside on the street. Inside, though, it’s mostly just the sound of the computer and the phone. We don’t have a lot of staff, so it’s usually just a couple of us here. We handle various tasks, mostly related to paperwork and helping people with their projects. The flat isn't very big, so we have to be smart about where we put the cupboards and the desks. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to people coming in and out for meetings. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy to get to, even if parking on J.K Mehta Road is a nightmare most of the time. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a small office where we try to get things done correctly. We drink a lot of tea and talk to our clients like they are regular people because that’s what they are. It’s just a small, local business trying to do good work.
