Kwality Computers Media

Our place is in Jay Towers, over in Bandra West on the Mumbai Pune Road. We’ve been set up here in C 24 for a good while. It’s a bit of a mix of things we do here, mostly dealing with computers and different types of media. We have cables and spare parts scattered around the back room. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where the important stuff is kept when a customer asks for it. People bring in their machines when they aren't working right, or they need some help with media files. We don't have a big corporate front or a lobby. It’s more of a walk-in kind of place where you can just talk to us directly about your computer problems. The traffic outside on the main road is always a bit much, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of fans and clicking keyboards. We’ve seen a lot of tech come and go over the years. We remember when everything was much bigger and slower than it is now. We don't really do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or work in the other offices in Jay Towers. We just try to fix what’s broken and get people what they need without making it too complicated. It’s a decent living and we like being in Bandra. There’s always something happening around here, even if we are just stuck inside looking at screens most of the day. We just keep at it.
