Kshatriya Ads is located on the second floor of the Amir Industrial Estate. The unit number is 211 and it’s on Sitaram Jadhav Marg. We are right inside the Sun Mill Compound area. If you’ve spent any time in this part of Mumbai, you know it’s full of these old industrial buildings that have been turned into offices for all sorts of people. It’s got a lot of character, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Since it’s an industrial estate, it definitely isn’t a fancy place. There are always people moving boxes and trucks coming in and out. We do advertising work, and being a private limited company keeps things official, but we like to keep the vibe local. We enjoy the grit of Sun Mill Compound because it feels like a place where real work actually happens. Our office at unit 211 has our computers, some printers, and a few chairs that have seen better days. We don't try to impress anyone with a slick-looking office or expensive art on the walls. We just focus on the advertising projects we have in front of us. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but it’s only the second floor. Sitaram Jadhav Marg is usually pretty crowded, but we just fit right in. We don't have a big pitch or a fancy mission. We’re just a regular team of people.
