Intertech Services is located in Fam House CHS Ltd. over in Sector-12 of Koperkhairane. Our unit number is 405 /23. It’s a typical cooperative housing society building where several floors are used for small offices. Being on the fourth floor, we have a decent view of the rooftops in the sector. Koperkhairane is a planned part of Navi Mumbai, so the streets are laid out in a grid, which makes it easier to find us than some other parts of the city. Fam House is a sturdy building, though it could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these years. The elevator is small and sometimes smells like floor cleaner. Inside our office, we have a main work area and a small corner for files and the water dispenser. We don't have any leather sofas or fancy art. It is a place where we come to get things done. Most of the staff lives nearby, so there is a lot of talk about local news and the train schedules. Sector-12 is a good area because it is close enough to the station but not right in the middle of the loudest market noise. We have a few desks pushed together and a shared printer that everyone uses. It is a straightforward setup for a group of people who just want a quiet place to handle their business affairs without any unnecessary distractions or corporate fluff.
