Kongu Matriculation School

Our school is at Sachdeva House, specifically in unit 112. We are situated in Sher E Punjab Colony on Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. It’s a bit of a quieter pocket compared to the rest of the neighborhood. The building is a bit old, and we’ve been using this particular unit for quite a few years now. It’s not a massive school building; it’s more of a compact setup within a commercial block. We have the rooms divided into classrooms and a small area for the files and the computer. Most of the people who come here are from the colony itself. We don’t really do any big advertising or have a polished front. It’s just us doing the daily work of running the school. You’ll often find us sitting at the small desks near the door. The walls have some old charts and maps pinned up. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have a fancy canteen or a big playground. The kids mostly use the space we have and the common areas. Sometimes the parking out front gets really tight, which is just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We keep the place clean and tidy, but it definitely looks like it’s been lived in. It’s a simple, honest school where we know most of the families by name. We just focus on the lessons and the daily routines we have set up.
