We are located on Lamington Road, which everyone knows is the heart of the electronics market here. Our specific spot is in Nagahathapura 7. It is a very crowded area with wires everywhere and people carrying boxes on their shoulders. Our shop is small and filled with drawers of tiny parts that most people wouldn't even recognize. It’s dusty and the lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. We spend our days answering phones and helping people find specific components they need for their projects. There is no air conditioning, so we just have a few fans blowing the warm air around. The noise from the traffic outside never really stops. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just have our stock and our customers who have been coming to us for years. Sometimes it’s hard to move around in the shop because there are so many boxes on the floor. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the other shop owners on the street. It’s a tough business because things change so fast, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a real working shop in a busy, messy part of the city. We like the energy of the market.
