My name is Komal Gupta and I operate out of 12 Dmello Road in Borivali West. It’s a pretty standard residential and commercial street, and I’ve had my office here for quite some time now. Borivali is always a bit chaotic, but Dmello Road stays slightly tucked away from the heaviest traffic near the station. My workspace is simple and doesn’t have any of those modern glass partitions or expensive furniture. It’s just a place with a desk, a few chairs, and my files. I spend most of my day here, handling whatever tasks come up. I don't have a big staff or a marketing team telling me what to say. I just do my work honestly and talk to people directly when they need something. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and the road outside gets a little flooded, but we just keep the door shut and carry on. I know the local shopkeepers around here, and we often say hello when I’m out getting some tea or some lunch. It’s a comfortable routine. I don't see the need for big mission statements or fancy slogans. I’m just a local person running a business from a modest spot in Borivali. The building is a bit old and the stairs can be steep, but it works for me. I’ve been around this neighborhood long enough to feel like part of the furniture. It’s just how things are at number 12, and I plan on staying here as long as I can.
