You can find us at Jeevan Vihar, specifically in room 406 on the 4th floor. The building is on Manav Mandir Road, right near Teen Batti in Malabar Hill. KLB Advisory and Consultancy LLP is a small outfit, and this office has been our base for a good while. The 4th floor isn't too high, so the stairs are an option if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We aren't big on decorations; we just have what we need to get the job done. The area around Teen Batti is always busy with people and cars, but inside the office, it stays relatively quiet so we can focus. We spend most of our hours here looking at numbers and talking through projects. It’s not fancy, but it’s ours. We usually have a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but we have a system that works for us. Morning tea is a bit of a ritual here, it helps us get started. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to do our work properly and go home to our families. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Being in the 400006 pin code means we're close to a lot of things. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever tasks come our way each day.
