Kismat Hardware

Kismat Hardware is located at No. 4 in Yashmin Heritage on V.P. Road, very close to the railway crossing in Vile Parle (West). Being near the railway crossing means we get a lot of foot traffic from people heading to and from the station. It’s a lively spot, though it can get a bit loud with the trains passing by. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all kinds of hardware stuff. Hammers, nails, locks, you name it—we probably have it tucked away somewhere. It’s a typical local hardware store where you have to know where things are kept. We’ve been here in Yashmin Heritage for quite some time, and the neighborhood has changed around us, but we stay the same. People pop in for a few screws or a new faucet, and we help them find what they need. We don't have a website or do any big promotions. We just rely on being right here on V.P. Road when someone has a repair to do at home. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when several customers are in at once, but we manage. My staff and I try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a regular shop. We enjoy the chat with the locals who stop by. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or the best; we’re just Kismat Hardware, doing our best to keep the neighborhood’s houses in good shape.
