Kishore Kunj High School

Our school is located near the All India Glass Factory at 326, right in the Bail Bazar area of Kurla West. It’s a very busy spot on Mathuradas Vasanji Road. There is always a lot of movement outside with the shops and the factory nearby. The school itself is a bit of an older building. You can tell it’s been around for years. We have high school students here, so the energy is always quite high. The rooms are filled with old wooden benches that have seen a lot of use. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just the ceiling fans that keep the air moving. The noise from the street sometimes drifts into the classrooms, but the kids are used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us teachers and the support staff running the show. We handle the admissions at a small desk near the front. It’s a bit crowded during the rainy season because the road outside gets muddy. We try to keep the floors as clean as we can. It’s a local high school for the kids in the Kurla area. We don’t try to be something we aren't. It’s just a place to study and pass your exams. Most of us have been working here for a long time and we know the families around here. It is just a normal school.
