Kisan Public School

This school is located at Cts No 418-2 on Marol Marashi Road. If you know Andheri East, you know this road gets a lot of traffic. We are right in the middle of it. The building is easy to spot once you get close to the landmark. It’s a public school, so we get kids from all over the immediate neighborhood. The entrance is a bit narrow, so mornings are always a bit of a scramble with everyone trying to get in at once. Inside, it’s just a series of rooms with the basics. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. Most of our resources go into just keeping the place running. The fans hum all day long to keep the heat away. The walls are painted a simple color, and we have the usual charts hanging up. It’s a practical space. Our staff handles everything from the teaching to the cleaning up. We don’t have a separate reception desk, so you usually just talk to whoever is free in the main office area. The floor is that old-fashioned tile that’s easy to wash. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We’ve been here at this address for quite a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot around us. But inside the school, things stay pretty much the same day to day. We just do our best with what we have to help the community here.
