Our office is located in Girgaon, over at Block No 3 on the 2nd floor of the Meher B building. We are quite close to the Babulnath Temple, so the area always has a bit of a spiritual and busy energy to it. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a breeze, but we also have to haul everything up the stairs, which keeps us fit, I suppose. The space is filled with different types of equipment and spare parts. It’s not very organized to the outside eye, but we know where everything is. We handle equipment sales and some servicing, mostly for people we’ve known for years. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with orders to worry about that. It’s a family-run feel here. My cousin handles some of the paperwork and I take care of the technical side. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or a social media page. We just answer the phone and talk to the people who walk in. The neighborhood is great, especially when there’s a festival at the temple and the whole street is full of life. We’re just a small part of the Girgaon community, doing our thing day in and day out. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We just provide equipment and try to be helpful when someone’s in a fix.
