Our office for Armstrong Machines Builders is on the second floor of Ravindra Mansion. We are right in Churchgate, across from the CCI. It’s an old building with a lot of character, but the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. From up here, we can see the bustle of the city. We design and build machines, though the actual heavy work happens elsewhere. This office is where the planning and the meetings happen. We have some old desks and plenty of blueprints rolled up in the corners. It’s not a modern glass-and-steel office. It feels like an old-school Mumbai business spot. We’ve been at this address for a long time. People know where to find us. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just build machines that work. The atmosphere is professional but relaxed. We wear shirts but usually keep the sleeves rolled up. It’s a lot of technical talk and drawing out ideas. Churchgate is a busy area, so there's always something going on outside. We just focus on our projects and try to get the designs right. We don't make big promises. We just show up at Ravindra Mansion and get to work on the next machine. It’s a solid way to make a living and we’ve got a good team here.
