We are located out in Mira Road, which is part of the Thane district but feels very much connected to the rest of Mumbai. Our office is in the Asha building, which is a CHSL in Sector 8. Specifically, we are on the fourth floor, flat number 403. It’s a typical building for this area, and we’ve set up our construction business right here. Because we do construction, there are always blueprints, site photos, and various samples lying around the office. It’s not a place for sitting around; we are usually busy coordinating with different sites or talking to contractors. The commute to Mira Road can be a bit much during peak hours, but it’s a good spot for us to reach different project locations. The office itself is quite plain. We have some desks, some chairs for when people visit, and a lot of filing cabinets for all the permits and plans we have to keep track of. Working in construction means things are always changing, so the phone rings a lot and there’s always someone coming in with an update from a job site. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. You just come up to the fourth floor and knock. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and we spend our days making sure the projects are moving ahead without too many problems.
