Keriya Metal Corporation

Keriya Metal Corporation is located at 3, Shri Krishna Niwas, which is right on 8th Khetwadi Lane. If you know this part of the city, you know how narrow and busy the lanes are. It is a very old neighborhood, full of small shops and workshops that have been around for generations. Our shop is quite small and it is usually packed to the ceiling with different types of metal rods, sheets, and scrap pieces. It might look like a mess to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't have a computer system to track our stock; we just use a big ledger and our own memory. The building, Shri Krishna Niwas, has a lot of history, and the walls are thick, which helps a little with the heat. We don't do any advertising or have a big sign outside. People just know to come to number 3 when they need metal work or specific materials. It's a very hands-on job, and our clothes usually have a bit of grease or metal dust on them by the end of the shift. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We are just a local business in Khetwadi doing what we have always done. We open the shop early, talk to the neighbors over a cup of tea, and wait for the first customer of the day. It’s a steady, quiet life in a very loud part of town.
