Kc Securities Pvt. Ltd. is our company, and we’ve set up our office in Malad West. We are based in Ahimsa Tower, right on Chincholi Bunder Road. Our space covers units 201 and 202 on the second floor. Riddhi Parekh is the main person here. If you know Malad, you know how packed and busy it gets, especially on the main roads. Ahimsa Tower is a pretty recognizable building in the area, but the traffic on Chincholi Bunder Road can be a real headache some days. Inside units 201 and 202, it’s a fairly standard office environment. We have our computers and files, and we just spend our hours getting through the workload. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a practical Mumbai office space. We usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby or have something brought in. The second floor is nice because we aren't too high up, but we still feel a bit separated from the street level chaos. The noise of the city is always there in the background, though. We’ve been operating out of this tower for a while, and it has become our second home. It’s a no-frills setup that works for us and the way we handle our business every day. We don't need much more than a solid roof and a place to sit.
