Karteek Ferromet Pvt Ltd is based on the 2nd Floor of the Ganjawala Building, which is number 19 in Kumbharwada, Gangenahalli Extension No 162. We’re right near the Goldeval Temple. If you know the temple, you know it gets very crowded during festival times. The whole Kumbharwada area is known for its industrial roots, and we fit right in there. Our office is up the stairs, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the street below. We deal with metals, so there is always a bit of that iron smell in the air. The building is older, with narrow hallways and a lot of character. We don't have a big corporate sign out front, just a small one near the door. Inside, it’s mostly desks piled with ledgers and samples of different materials. We aren't the type to use big marketing talk. We just know our metal and we know the local market. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in from the neighborhood. It’s a tight-knit community here. Everyone knows everyone else's business. We like the location because it’s central to everything we need. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, right here near the temple. Sometimes the noise from the temple bells mixes with the trucks outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years.
