Kanugo Tubes (India) Ltd.

We operate out of 8 Balkrishna Niwas on Panjarapole Main Road. This area is always buzzing with people and handcarts moving goods around. Kanugo Tubes has been here for a long time, and our office is full of samples of different pipes and tubes we handle. It’s not a very big space, and the stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and steep, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between the godowns and the customers who call in. Most of the day is spent checking sizes and schedules. It’s a bit of a traditional way of working, with lots of paper records and a few computers that we use for the main stuff. The walls are lined with shelves that are mostly overflowing with catalogues and old files. We don't really go for anything polished or corporate here. It’s a place where we drink a lot of tea and talk to whoever walks through the door. The street outside is never quiet, so there’s a constant backdrop of shouting and engines. We just focus on keeping our inventory straight and making sure the right tubes get to the right people. It’s a simple business, really. We know our products well because we’ve been looking at them for years. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things organized in our own way. It's just how we run things every day.
