Steel Touch Hardware Pvt. Ltd. is at Shop No. 7 in the Dhavalgiri Chs on Adukiya Road. We are right opposite the Season Hotel, just off S. V. Road in Kandivali West. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the landmark. Our shop is full of handles, hinges, and all sorts of hardware bits. We’ve got stuff piled up to the ceiling in some parts. It isn't a museum; it’s a working hardware store, so things might look a little messy to an outsider. We spend most of our day helping people find the right screw or bracket for their furniture. It can be tedious work, but we like the routine. The shop gets a lot of light in the morning, which helps because some of these parts are really small and hard to see. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to have what the local carpenters and homeowners need. Sometimes we run out of space for new stock, so we have to move things around constantly. It feels like a puzzle every single day. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just us at the front desk. We know the area well and have seen Kandivali change a lot over the years. Even with all the new buildings, people still need basic hardware. We stay open pretty late because that’s when people finish work. It's just a regular shop.
