Up on the 4th floor of the Ijmima Complex in Malad West, that’s where we operate from. Our unit number is 445, inside the Raheja Metroplex. Being in a large complex like this means we are surrounded by all kinds of other businesses. We deal with specialized parts and hardware, specifically things that need to move smoothly, hence the name. It’s an office and storage setup mostly. We spend our time answering emails, checking stock levels, and packing up orders to be sent out. It’s not like a street-level shop where people just wander in. Most of our work is done over the phone or through catalogs. We have to be very precise with part numbers and specifications because if a part doesn't fit, it’s a big problem for everyone. The elevators in the building are always busy, and there is a constant flow of delivery guys coming and going. We’ve been in this space for a while and have gotten to know the other people on the floor. It’s a lot of looking at spreadsheets and making sure the logistics are handled. We don’t have a lot of time for fluff. We just focus on the hardware we provide and making sure the inventory matches what we say we have. It’s a busy, functional environment where we just try to keep things rolling along without too much fuss. We've been here long enough to know how the building works.
