Indoworld Exim

We are based in Kandivali East, specifically in the Sierra Tower at Lokhandwala. Our office is units B-303 and 304. It’s a tall building, so we get a decent view of the area, though we are usually too busy to look out the window much. Indoworld Exim is a small setup where we handle various export and import tasks. Being in Kandivali is convenient for us because many of us live nearby. The complex itself is quite modern compared to some other parts of Mumbai, which is nice. We spend our hours tracking shipments and talking to suppliers. The office is a bit of a mix of organized files and random boxes that haven't been sent out yet. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few people sitting at desks making sure everything is running as it should. Sometimes the internet acts up or a shipment gets stuck at the docks, and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. We don't use any fancy software, just the basic stuff that works for us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer. We just want to do our jobs well and keep the business steady. It’s a lot of routine work, but we find it satisfying to see the goods finally reach their destination after all the work we put in.
