Kamal Metal

Kamal Metal is split between a couple of spots, one in Dadar West and another small shop over in Borivali East. Specifically, you can find us at Shop No 3/84 in the Sanket Building. It's a simple setup. We’ve been around the Sri Ram Kripa area for a bit, and people in the neighborhood know us for metal supplies. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. Most of our day is spent handling different kinds of metal sheets and rods. It’s heavy work, and our backs usually feel it by the time we close up. The Dadar location is always bustling because of the market, while Borivali feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood shop. We don’t put out big ads or try to sound like we’re the only ones doing this. There are plenty of metal shops, but we just do our own thing. We deal with regular customers who need stuff for their houses or small repair jobs. Sometimes we get bigger contractors, but we mostly just talk to people one-on-one. The shop is filled with the clank of metal being moved around, and there’s always a layer of dust on the shelves. We just open up in the morning, serve whoever comes in, and make sure we have enough stock for the next day. It’s a plain, simple business run by people who know their metals.
