K Shashikant & Company

We've been here at K-18 in the Vidhya Kunj building for quite a while now. It's right in the middle of Karodiya Pole on Krishna Street. If you know Kalbadevi, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. People stop by when they are in the neighborhood. Sometimes the street is so crowded it takes forever to reach the door. We handle the daily operations of K Shashikant & Company from this small spot. It's a bit cramped with all the papers and files, but we manage just fine. Most of the people around here know us by name. It's just a local business setup. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. The fan makes a bit of noise in the afternoons. We try to keep things organized, though it's hard when things get hectic during the middle of the week. There’s a tea stall nearby that everyone uses. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but Krishna Street stays pretty much the same. It’s home for us. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. It’s just how we do things here. We don't have any big plans to move or change things around. We are comfortable in this corner.
