K S Jain Associates

K S Jain Associates is tucked away in Kalbadevi. We are on the ground floor of the Old International building, specifically in office number seven. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators, but it does get a bit noisy with the street sounds coming right in. Kalbadevi is a very busy area with a lot of trading and business going on all around us. Our office is a bit small, and we have had to get creative with how we store all the files. There is paper everywhere, but we know where everything is. The building has that old Mumbai charm, which means it’s a bit rough around the edges. We have been here for a while and the neighbors in the other offices all know us. Usually, we start early before the heat gets too bad in the afternoon. It’s a simple setup with just enough room for the desks and a few chairs for guests who drop by. We don't have any fancy decorations or modern furniture. It is just a place for us to do our work and meet with whoever needs to see us. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the street outside a bit messy, but that is just part of living and working here. We just keep at it every day, making sure the records are right and the clients are taken care of. It is honest work in an old part of town.
