Our firm, K A Anajwalla Co, is located in the Gharakul Building, specifically room 306 on the 3rd floor. This is in Mumbai, in the 400 011 area. Being a CA firm, there is usually a lot of paper around. We've been in this building for quite some time now. It’s a typical Mumbai office setup where space is tight but we make it work for everything we need to do. Every year around tax season, it gets really hectic in here. We don't have those sleek, modern glass walls you see in movies. It’s just desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. Our neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses. We handle the numbers and the filings without making a big fuss about it. People come to us because we are right here in the neighborhood and we’ve been around. Maharashtra is a busy place for business, and we are just a small part of that. We try to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door. Usually, you’ll find us hunched over a calculator or a computer screen. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do at K A Anajwalla Co. We like the local feel of the office. It keeps us grounded while we deal with all the financial details. The fans in the ceiling hum all day and the tea guy comes by at four. It is a very regular way to spend the work day here in Mumbai. We just keep our heads down and work.
